Recess IRL

Recess IRL was the New York launch campaign for the CBD beverage brand. The campaign anchor was the physical representation of all the ideas, feelings, and experiences Recess had created on their Instagram, bought to life in the real world. The pop-up space was designed to exist as a community hub with mood changing-lighting, mirrored walls, stadium-style seating, and digital discovery screens. In addition to serving up sips of CBD soda, Recess IRL hosted compelling programming to engage the local professional creative community and grow market awareness. 

 

Brand Marketing Lead 

As the project Marketing Lead, Jenny worked directly with Recess’ founder to set goals, create a marketing strategy, manage creative briefs, oversee production, budget and programming. In the first 6 weeks of open, the activation hosted 7,500+ attendees, 22 live events and boasted a 45% conversion rate from instore traffic to purchase.
