the dipped cone
For the past several week I have been on a quest for a dipped cone. I usually go to McDo for this need, but I have had no success.
The quest began with a trip to McDo with 3 friends for dipped cones. When we arrived the drive through lady told us they were out of the chocolate sauce needed for dipped cones. Failure. On Monday a friend and I went back to the same McDo and were told the same sad story of “no chocolate sauce.” I asked her if she would call the other McDo and ask them if they had any chocolate sauce. She rudely said no. Then we drove to the other McDo anyways, only to discover that thier ice cream machine was broken.
Last night I finally had a dipped cone, but it was from Dairy Queen not McDo. Just for the record, the McDonald’s dipped cone is 100% superior to the Dairy Queen dipped cone. The Dairy Queen cone turns into a melted mess while the mcdonald’s cone is easy to eat and tastes better.
