We took a “cab” ride from LGA to the hostel in some dude’s van. It was all good, but afterwards Jenny revealed that she spent the whole time in fear that we would be sold into the sex trade. We tipped him a lot for not murdering us.

A neat little speed reading tool.
I would never want to NOT subvocalize when reading fiction, because I like language itself so much, but I used this tool to speed read through some Slate and Tiny Mix Tape articles/reviews and found it useful.
